Éiare Nutrition is a wholesale sports nutrition supplier in Ireland, operated by Ciarán Hennigan. FSAI registered food business operator. Contact: Ciaran@eiarenutritionie.com.

Business name and address, contact name and title, email and phone, delivery address, order history. We do not collect payment card details — payments by bank transfer.
3. How We Use Your Data
To process and fulfil orders, communicate about orders, maintain FSAI food business records, and send occasional wholesale news (opt out any time).
4. Legal Basis
GDPR (EU 2016/679): contract performance, legal obligation (FSAI records), and legitimate interests.
5. Retention
Order records retained 6 years (Irish tax law). Contact data retained while active and 2 years after last order, or earlier on request.

7. Data Sharing
Not sold. Shared only with: UPS (delivery), payment processor, accountant. All bound by data protection agreements.
