Our Commitment
21-day returns for all wholesale customers. We stand behind every product.
1. Returns Window
21 days from delivery. After 21 days, only accepted if goods are faulty.
2. Eligible Returns
Accepted: unopened products in original condition; damaged/faulty goods; incorrectly supplied items; any reason within 21 days (buyer's remorse for unopened stock). Not accepted: opened products; beyond 21 days (unless faulty); repackaged items.
3. Process
Step 1: Contact Ciarán within 21 days — WhatsApp (+1 312 806 2484) or Ciaran@eiarenutritionie.com. Step 2: Provide order reference, products, reason. Step 3: We confirm within 1 business day and provide returns address. Step 4: Ship products back securely. Step 5: Refund issued within 5 business days of inspection.
4. Return Shipping
If our error (faulty/wrong item): we cover return shipping. Otherwise: buyer pays return shipping.
5. Refunds
Bank transfer within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting returned goods.
6. Damaged in Transit
Contact within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange replacement or refund promptly.
