1. Primary Carrier — UPS Worldwide Expedited
UPS is the primary carrier for all Éiare Nutrition orders. All international shipments use UPS Worldwide Expedited service.

- Tracking: provided for every order via email confirmation
2. Domestic Ireland Delivery
For onward domestic deliveries within Ireland, we use An Post for lighter parcels and DPD Ireland for heavier or bulk club and gym orders, selecting the service best suited to the order size.
3. Shipping Costs
Delivery is included in the price for all wholesale orders. No additional shipping charges are shown at checkout — pricing is fully landed for the US-to-Ireland leg (product plus shipping included in the quoted price).
4. Customs & Import
Products ship from the USA under HS Code 2106.90. For individual or retail orders, import duties are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Delivery Times

- Ireland domestic (An Post standard): 2–3 working days
- Ireland domestic (DPD next day): next working day
