Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Éiare Nutrition. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us

2. Products
All products sold by Éiare Nutrition are pre-packaged food supplements in their original sealed manufacturer packaging, including Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier and Celsius in 30-count wholesale packs. Products are for wholesale and retail purchase; they are not intended for onward resale without prior agreement with Éiare Nutrition.
3. Ordering
Orders may be placed via our website, email, or WhatsApp. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age, the information you provide is accurate, and you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include delivery unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store payment card details. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of order is the price you will pay.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are shipped from the United States via UPS Worldwide Expedited, with estimated delivery to Ireland of 3–5 business days. Delivery is included in the price for all standard wholesale orders. Éiare Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Title & Risk
Risk of loss and title for products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Éiare Nutrition is not liable for loss or damage after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
7. Consumer Rights & Returns
If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), you have the right to return products within 21 days of receipt. See our Returns Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Éiare Nutrition's liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
