Éiare Nutrition is operated by Ciarán Hennigan, Ireland. FSAI registered food business operator. These Terms govern all wholesale transactions.
2. Eligibility
Wholesale only — business customers purchasing for resale. We may request proof of business registration.
3. Pricing
All prices EUR, inclusive of UPS international delivery to Republic of Ireland. SUMMER26 gives exactly 15% off in-stock lines only, June & July 2026.
4. Orders
Via website form, WhatsApp (+1 312 806 2484), or email (Ciaran@eiarenutritionie.com). Not confirmed until written confirmation issued. We may decline any order.
5. Payment
Bank transfer only. Proforma invoice issued on confirmation. Dispatch after cleared payment.
6. Delivery
UPS Worldwide Expedited, US to Ireland, 3-5 business days transit. In-stock: same/next business day dispatch. Available to Order: 2-4 business day dispatch. Delivery estimates not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery.
7. Product Availability
"In Stock" = physically held. "Available to Order" = sourced to order. Do not represent Available to Order as immediately available to your customers until delivery confirmed.
8. Returns
21 days from delivery. Unopened, original condition. See Returns Policy for full details.
9. Liability
Total liability not to exceed order value. No liability for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing Law
Republic of Ireland. Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
